Rising 71 stories over Midtown, The Centrale is among New York’s most highly anticipated new towers. Designed by Pelli Clarke Pelli, with interiors by Champalimaud, the building’s 124 Manhattan luxury condos, which range from one to five bedrooms—in addition to a collection of full-floor homes and duplex penthouses—are expected to welcome their first residents this summer. The Centrale is also home to a long list of luxe details, including a private dining room, club lounge, club terrace and wet bar, pet-friendly garden terrace, and conference room, as well as a block-long porte cochère and a Wright Fit-designed fitness center with a 75-foot lap pool and spa treatment and sauna rooms.
