The Centrale in Midtown Manhattan Launches Sales
The new Manhattan condos at The Centrale have finally been revealed, with residents poised to move in this summer. Designed by Pelli Clarke Pelli with interiors by Champalimaud, the building is awash in nods to art-deco style, like its terra-cotta-accented glass façade, while its porte-cochere entry and elegant lobby harken back to the glamour of a bygone era as well. The building is also home to a private dining room, lounge, pet-friendly garden terrace, club terrace with a wet bar, conference room, sauna, spa, Wright Fit-designed fitness center, and 75-foot lap pool. “The Centrale is a sanctuary set within the epicenter of Midtown’s most important businesses, shopping, dining, and cultural experiences, while at the same time offering the intimacy, personalized services, and exclusivity enjoyed in the best boutique properties, within the greatest residential neighborhoods in Manhattan,” says Anna Zarro, Head of Sales, Marketing & Communications for the building’s developer, Ceruzzi Properties.
