These 8 standout buildings are rising across the city

The Centrale, developed by Ceruzzi Properties, is not only one of New York’s most highly anticipated residential projects, but it’s the largest building helmed by interior design firm Champalimaud. The Pelli Clarke Pelli-designed luxury tower is home to 124 Manhattan luxury condos with wide-plank white oak flooring, Nest Learning thermostats, and ceilings up to 12 feet high. The building also houses amenities like a fitness center designed by The Wright Fit and a private dining room, conference room, porte-cochère, and art deco-inspired lobby.
