The Centrale

A new icon is rising in Midtown Manhattan in the form of The Centrale, an 800-foot-tall residential tower from architecture firm Pelli Clarke Pelli, with interiors by Champalimaud. The architects took inspiration for the design of these Manhattan luxury condos from contemporary skyscrapers and the art deco movement, creating a unique glassy facade that references New York’s past and future. Immaculate marble-clad rooms reveal breathtaking views of the surrounding city and beyond through floor-to-ceiling windows. Details like soaking tubs placed in glassed-in corners overlooking Central Park and amenities like the attended garage make these homes true expressions of New York’s luxurious lifestyle. Sales are open now, and move-ins are expected in late summer.
